We are EGATI ENGENHARIA & NEGÓCIOS. An Engineering, Information Technology and Foreign Trade company founded in 2012, with national and international operations in the public and private sectors, providing solutions for the Highway, City Halls and Foreign Trade segments.

Which personal data we collect and why

When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the contact form, in addition to the IP address and the visitor browser data to assist in detecting spam.

For what purpose do we use your personal data?

  • To coordinate with partners the delivery or provision of services;

EGATI will have 15 days to respond to the data subject requests. Requests will be reviewed as provided for in current legislation and, for legal reasons, some requests may not be met.

I – confirmation of the processing existence;

II – access to data;

III – correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;

IV – anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, excessively or treated in divergence with the provisions of this Law;

V – portability of the data to another service or product provider, upon expressed request and compliant with the trade and industrial secrecy, according to the regulation of the controlling body;

VI – deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject;

VII – information of public and private entities which the controller made shared use of data;

VIII – information on the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of the negative;

IX – consent revocation.
